Undergraduate Admissions Freshmen Transfer Students

Freshmen

Incoming freshmen need to meet the university admission requirements.  The requirements listed on university admission page also explain what is needed for home schooled students.

In addition to the NMSU requirements, the Klipsch School highly recommends that the incoming students go beyond the state-mandated graduation minimums and be ready to enroll in Math 191 - Calculus I, Chem 111 - General Chemistry, and English 111 - English Composition as a minimum.  Any AP credit in these areas will be helpful.

Transfer Students

Incoming transfer need to meet the university transfer student qualifications.  The university and the Klipsch School will determine which classes transfer into the BSEE degree program.  Generally, transfer credit from an ABET-accredited school will transfer easier than credits from an non-ABET accredited school.
